Amy is going to be Batgirl for Halloween, and has black tights to wear.
But… brace.
What to do?
a) Wear the tights under the brace, and rock the brace in all its glory. Batgirl can have a special leg, plus you don’t want her to get too hot!
b) Wear the tights under the brace, but put a Smartknit sock over the tights, then the brace. Tights are too thin to protect against the hard plastic of the brace, and she might become uncomfortable.
c) Another option I haven’t thought of?
Her tights are black. I have a black sock too- so looks don’t matter. I just want her comfortable. Weather will be in the mid-70s for Trick-or-Treating.

We’re picking option A and rocking the brace!
Update 2:
Trick or Treating was fun! I think she was fine with just the tights under. But she did not want to do much walking. So she rode in the wagon between each house.
