Amy made a new friend, one her age with the same condition. We’ve never met anyone who has a special leg like Amy, so it was awesome to connect today. The pair became fast friends. Amy showed off her pink brace, and Salome showed off her butterfly prosthetic. Amy was astonished when her leg came off. But Salome was proud of her little limb, which she referred to as “Stumpy.”
I hope this is the start of a long lasting friendship. Together, they ROAR!
